Bro That's NOT ITZYS FAULT its JYP who do this and even if they realeased 100 versions its very good marketing strategy 4 them
companies making 20 different version of one album is so unecessary
I see the misogyny towards k-pop girls groups, like no one ever spoke a shit when boy groups release 21 versions but suddenly itzy has angered them , btw comeback on 31/07 6pm kst ❤
Blackpink had 5 versions and twice had 12 versions, 20 versions is too much unless you are boyband, then no one will question number of versions. JYP is fraudulent when it comes to physical album sales. Their sales do not match the views and streams on any flatforms. It's giving bad reputation to kpop in worldwide music industry. Physical album sales shouldn't be considered for any charts and awards. Also 5-6 versions is normal for any artists. Beyond that it's just to have high sales and charts.
I mean like fans don't have to but all albums just buy the one you like
15 versions actually
It's a lot sure, but it also allows fans from all around the world to buy the version most suited for them or their area of availability.
I think it's too many though they aren't all available here in the US. Honestly though netizens can go screw with how they treat Itzy.
It is not ITZY, but JYP and NOT just JYP, but all the music management companies pushing the trend of not just different "collectible" versions, but expensive exclusive packaging (like Blackpink's Born Pink $50 USD for 8 friggin' tracks on CD.)
Parents, DO NOT buy your kids 15 versions of the same 6-track CD for ANY artist unless you hate the look of a positive bank account.
Ok it’s too much but it not itzy fault !
I already hate the songs on this comeback😭😭😭😭😭😭😢
😮
I'm sick of seeing these videos. I not hating on AESPA but My World had 19 different versions and I didn't see a single video criticizing it. 20 is somehow crazy and deserves tons of hate?????
If you like ice cream, do you get mad because you can't buy all the different flavors of ice cream? Sure it would be cool to get them all, but I only want one. Just get the one.
Make this Short was just as wasteful
Don't exaggerate. There 4 or 5 versions. When nwjns has album with each member version, bag and also couple of version it's normal, when itzy does it that's bad. Leave em alone
It's only because people wouldn't stfu about their production "getting worse." | personally enjoyed sneakers and boys like you, if you don't like a song just don't engage with it. Starting a massive hate train is ridiculous and people tend to do that to jyp girl groups (twice getting hate for acting more mature at concerts, nmixx getting a hugeee hate train since debut for their music style up until recently, itzy and the mass hate over a frickin concept change). It's ridiculous. I personally enjoyed all the examples | just mentioned. Real fans don't drag the artists through hell and back over something miniscule (especially if they're and already established group with a huge fan base, popularity, and a habit of releasing quality content and music). It's okay to not like something but there's no need to drag the artist or the song constantly. These types of fans need to grow up and realize not everything needs to be said.
