  1. HYBE doesn't have global jurisdiction….at some point you need to stop blaming HYBE for everything….blame the user and country of origin for not regulating TS…Korea has laws….

  2. I'm sure HYBE could, in some way, atleast protect Soobin. Issue warnings, address it on every possible platform. Spreading awareness is extremely important too. The first step though, is aknowledge. Acknowledge that your artist got violated in disgusting ways. Show that you support your artist and that legal action can be taken. Soobin deserves basic human decency at the very least. The way TXT editors blur Heuningkai's stomach during dance practices because he doesn't like showing it? That's artist protection. If their editors can do it, why can't the company, which has a lot more power, threaten to ake legal action?

  3. It seems to be a recurring pattern that, with every comeback, something about them "supposedly leaks"—all with the intent to discredit them. First it was Hueningkai, then Beomgyu, before that Soobin, and before that Taehyun… What’s truly concerning is that they have to defend themselves, while the company does absolutely nothing—even though it’s their duty to do so, given that they represent the members and hold the rights to their image!
    It’s pathetic that someone feels entitled to defame them, intrude into their private lives, or—more likely—pays to have them torn apart over something as trivial as their sexuality. The members themselves have even fostered these "ships" during their various programs, which suggests they don’t see it as an issue. In other words, this isn't really about that; it’s just an attempt to destabilize the group right before their comeback… 😒
