  1. As an English teacher I don't recommend you translate everything, instead, try to understand what they are saying, the more you use English, the more you learn.

  2. 아마 너는 스페인어를 배우려고 노력해야 할 것 같은데, 나는 스페인어와 한국어가 음성적으로 상당히 유사하다고 생각한다. 영어는 발음보다는 문법에서 한국어와 더 비슷하지만, 그래도 나는 네가 영어 말하는 것을 처음 들었을 때부터 너가 많이 좋아졌다고 생각해. 제발 시도를 멈추지 마세요.

  3. English is my second language too. The way I learn it since I was in school was listen to English songs, print the lyrics, take a dictionary, and find out the meaning. Hahahaa..of course that was many years ago when there are no AI chat,Duolingo etc. Dictionary is my best friend. Fighting!

  4. ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 아니 너무 잘한다 진짜 저도 한국어를 공부하고 있어서 둘이서 화이팅입니다!!!

  5. no baby you are doing ok.. even better than me who cant even speak any korean 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

  6. Can I make a request for you to sing “Because You Love Me by Celine Dion.” It could be your love song to Melody. 🙏🙏🙏

  7. Maybe he needs to watch children shows like Sesame Street. I find it helpful when learning French to watch kids programs because they tend to speak clearer and subjects are simpler.

  8. English is my second language too and your determination to learn is really cool. 🥺

Oppa does basic conversation well so he can try reading Children's story books or watch cartoons and search any words he doesn't understand. Are there any English songs that Oppa likes? Then he can try translating the lyrics so it makes learning more fun this way. I think you can learn faster than Duolingo that way because Duolingo sentences are not super useful for beginners….

Even when learning Korean or Japanese I understood only 5% at first but as I watched variety shows or anime without subtitles I could see my understanding increase slowly to 10% and same with English because everyone seems to speak so fast it takes time to get used to.

I'll work hard at learning Korean too!! "화이팅!!"

  9. 12:24 이건 프니엘이랑 영어로 대화하면서 응가가 영어로 프니엘이 한국어 대화할 때 자주 보던 상황이네 🤣

  11. i'm so invested in this series!! could you continue it as a series until you're comfortable enough speaking in english with many vocabularies? i think a lot of melodies or your youtube audiences will be proud as we witness every step of your progress

7:22 – actually you were not far away, in English you can say Emotional Baggage in this case.
Luggage and baggage mean the same thing.
But only baggage can usually be used figuratively to describe emotional burdens or unresolved issues.
