  13. RM is a natural leader. He doesn’t lead by demand, but because people look up to him simply because of his talents and vision. So, even if he doesn’t want to lead, people want to follow.
    I do love how they all admire one another. I am sure RM relies on other members too – especially the hyung line.
    “Standing in the fire next to you.” I always see SNTY as a hymn to BTS. “When it’s deep as DNA.”

  25. Namjoon was chosen with the idea of creating a hip-hop group where the group members would write their lyrics and music to express their thoughts and visions. That's why when Yoongi auditioned and was selected, they asked him to join Namjoon in the group they wanted to create. Yoongi was the 2nd member chosen. In one episode of Suchwita, Yoongi said that Namjoon and he were always ranked last but they were never let go (cut). That's because they both were the core of the group at that point of time.
    Yoongi is always introspective and thinks deeply like Namjoon and writes his own lyrics and music. But because Namjoon was the one who inspired Bang PD to create this group, he supports Namjoon as their leader, though he is a year and a half older than RM.

    3rd one to join was J-Hope and he was not a singer or rapper. He learned to rap after he joined the agency and learned a lot from Namjoon and Yoongi about rapping and writing lyrics and music. At that time, these 3 were the pillars of the group.
