That was genuinely unnecessary. Even if it was meant as a joke, it still feels disrespectful. Imagine hearing your own parents say you were once their favorite child, but now they prefer your older sibling instead, that would hurt anyone. Idols are human too, and people forget they have feelings just like the rest of us. Some solo stans and immature fans seriously need to learn boundaries before speaking without thinking. And honestly, it’s not only unfair to Namjoon, but also to Jimin. Imagine how uncomfortable he must’ve felt being dragged into that situation and unintentionally taking attention away because of careless fan behavior. Smh. Please grow up kids.
