  7. I think his mandatory military duty has to be factored into this. Once he completes his contract w/Belift in 2027, he will be 26 yo. If he then signs with an American label (and immediately knocks out his military duty), that label would have to put everything on hold for 18 months while he completes his military service. He’d be 27 yo (soon to turn 28). Factor in working on an album once he is discharged, that can take up to a year (or more). He could be around 29-30 yo when that album—under the American label—is finally released.
    Now, if he signs with an American label once his Belift contract is up in 2027 AND he immediately works on an album under the American label, they may be able to complete and (quickly) promote an album before he turns 28…but they will have to stall/put his solo career on hold so he can complete his military service for 18 months. And once discharged, he’d likely be in his early 30s when another solo project is finally released. Will an American label want to halt any momentum with a solo artist for 18 months?
