Ch’en the Dawnsteak (Arts Fighter Guard)

Trait:
Deals Arts damage

1st Talent (Elite 2 Potent 5):
ATK +16%, ASPD +16, Attacks become Weakness Damage
(When dealing Physical or Arts damage, change damage type based on the target’s DEF and RES)

2nd Talent (Elite 2 Potent 3):
When not taking DMG, randomly heal a certain amount of HP (35% – 165% of ATK) every 7 seconds, and dodge the next Physical/Arts Attack.

1st Skill (M3):
ATK +120%, attacks turn into double strikes, and disables the target’s special ability when attacking for the duration of the skill.

2nd Skill (M3):
Seeks the closest enemy around and launches 10 slashes in a row, each dealing 480% ATK as Arts DMG. If the enemy is defeated, seek the closest enemy nearby and increase the remaining slash counts by +1. Afterwards, move to the enemy’s tile if they are not defeated and the tile is deployable, or return to the original position if not, ATK +300% and gains 60% Physical and Arts Dodge.

3rd Skill (M3):
Sends a shockwave of sword energy upon skill activation. The shockwave is able to turn, and deals Arts DMG equal to 6% of their current HP to enemies that it passes through (Will deal a minimum of Arts DMG equal to 580% of Ch’en’s ATK). Attack range expands, and attacks hit 4 ground targets, dealing 210% ATK as Arts DMG 3 times.

  7. could those slashes be affected by the IS aspd buff?? i mean imagine having +99 aspd while the s2 slashes active😮

  14. My only big issue with her is thet she can deal phys damage, but a dodge based Arts Fighter is such a good choice. Though I still don't understand why they are incapable to design actual Arts Fighters other then Viviana (Surtr and Vina are both fake Arts Fighters)
