He mastered vocal technique, he really know how to put his vocal in every situation. That's why he said to be best idol with best technique. As for vocal, i think musical really made him way much better than before. We know how good he was, but after musical i feel like he really being a master, not just mediocrally good.
Try watching his youtube (classical singing fepisode) when he learned to sang opera, even the teacher said that kyuhyun is a vocal prodigy and the teacher had the urge to teach him and proud to him after sang a part of opera. He even tell kyuhyun to try opera. That is how great he is.
Anyway kyuhyun in bonamana, supergirl and dont do IS always SLAYYYYY and HOTT.

My ELF friend from my country flew to the Philippines to attend SS10 and she said that Kyuhyun stood out so much. He was an amazing performer on stage, very energetic, very attractive, handsome and tall. It was her first time seeing them in real life and she said all of them are so handsome especially Kyuhyun and Eunhyuk. She realized they're actually the true visuals of the group! she also ended up falling in love with Shindong ๐ฅฐ And surprisingly, she said she didn't expect Heechullie to be so shy, he gets adorably shy whenever fans compliment him. He's just too cute!
Tbh, nowadays most performers, Hollywood or Korean etc, can be singing genuinely into their microphones while a sound engineer subtly corrects their pitch in real-time and mixes in pre-recorded tracks to create the perfect, full sound that is broadcasted to the audienceโฆif thereโs not rawness to the sound like it realistically should, most likely itโs been engineered.
Note: some where between 2009 2008 I donโt remember, SJ had a car accident, I remembered read the news ๐๏ธ that he heavy injured, but had amazing recover and still able to sing and dance like nothing
