Moa always backing vocals with a backtracking… Yui too when she was part of the band..
Su is good at spoting cameras as is Yui and Moa so it was probley intentionally . I dont know if this was the show but i belive Rick Wagner might of being on the end of that death stare if he was how lucky i got a smile of Moa and Momoko but only dream of a Su death stare 🤣🤘🦊🤘

He made this in response to multiple reactors comments about enhancements used for Su-metal's vocals. Su-metal always signs live and you can hear the raw power of her voice in the video. They do use a backing track, but only when Su needs support; such as hitting certain very high notes or when she was sick.
The next time that BABYMETAL is willing and able to come to the States, I am more than willing to travel to where ever they perform. They are a must see. Ultimate goal is to see them in Japan though. 🤘🦊🤘

Shame you missed them – on their US tour in 2019 they played 20 dates in something like 15 States, so they only missed 35 States.
It seems to depend on the song or maybe the particular performance itself on whether Moa's backing vocals are live (you had Momoko on screen when you remarked on it being track – she and the other Avengers did not have mics unlike Moa – and Yui when she was still there). Yui and Moa (and now just Moa) were singing live a lot earlier and a lot more than many people give them credit for.
