I believe they want Jihyo's bank account because it is Jihyo who holds all the members' contributions (she said this both in Running Man and Knowing Brothers) for fines and whatnot, which accumulate and is used to buy cakes and/presents for a member (or maybe staff) with a birthday or for special occasions.

    So they probably don't mean Jihyo's PERSONAL bank account here but the bank account that contains the accumulated contributions by all TWICE members. 😊
