Thank you for posting this album. I grew up with a fascination of humpback whales, Star Trek, and even learned the saxophone in middle school. This album combines all of those elements that I fell in love with. My own CD of this has since disappeared so I'm thrilled to see this here. 🙂
A beautiful deep journey, soul graced feeling of relation!
A good representative of Paul Halley's organ improvisations. At one time I used to love a lot more organ music, but now it's only his. Nightwatch sounded great as released by Gramavision on record and chrome cassette tape, but lost sound quality on the re-release. It was ecstacy finding this tape in the new age department of a South Hampton LI music store back in the 1980's.
Those organs! Good lord! this is just mesmerizing. Childhood memories in the pacific ocean…
I had this album for a long time and used to listen to it on long drives through out the SF Bay area. I was listening to a public radio documentary the other night and it brought forth this memory. I'm so glad I found you!
I have the cassette of this and can still listen to it.
