So many comments saying how “I always knew he wasn’t guilty” or “I knew the allegations were false all along” yet 99% of ALL comments across all platforms at the time when this case had the most media coverage were saying “I always knew he was fishy” “I never liked him” “his eyes always creeped my out so I’m not surprised about these FACTS that he’s an abuser” etc etc. it’s awful just how much people are swayed and change sides at the snap of a finger.
    No matter what the case is, it would be great if people wouldn’t jump to conclusions before all the facts are presented. Innocent until proven guilty, and staying neutral is how we are supposed to be. He lost all brand deals and was kicked off new projects he was working on because of public perception. The judgement of the people is far heavier and holds more power than the judge in court. Even when idols or actors are proven innocent, a large majority of people have already made up their minds and see the person as evil and that no matter what that person should never show his or her face in public ever again. I just want to remind people that Saeron was driven to death by unending online hatred and bullying. Please let’s not do the same thing again so we don’t also lose SooHyun.

  21. Grief and anger can become a toxic combination of emotions which I believe the young woman’s family experienced to doctor the evidence like they did. The YouTuber can probably be accused of greed seeking fame and fortune for what he did with the evidence. I cannot imagine the total despair the accused young man must have felt trying to clear his name. I hope the general public who were so quick to condemn him can be just as quick to back pedal and perhaps even ask for his forgiveness.

    When this first came out, I tried to remain neutral. I did well at times, while at other times I couldn't because of the "facts" that were being presented!! Regardless, I always took the position that EVERY ADULT in her life — parents, agents, and even her agency — failed to guide, protect, and support her while she was underage!! Many of her "scandals" occurred while was still LEGALLY considered UNDERAGE!! Her DUI occurred when she was an adult, and her agent and agency CUT OFF ANY AND ALL SUPPORT and even FAILED TO PROTECT HER ASSETS!! That, after her DUI, she was left with no support, when her entire life she'd been carelessly shielded by her representatives was EVERY ADULT FAILING HER!! And I took the position IF KSH had been "involved" with her in ANY way before 2019, then as an ADULT almost 10 years older than her, he needed to take the APPROPRIATE RESPONSIBILITY for any and all interactions between them!!!!

    This entire story is so beyond tragic, as NOW the public is focused on the latest "facts" and "gossip," that many forget that a successful career was destroyed by stories, innuendos, and lies, but there is still a troubled young woman who "unalived" herself because she felt so alone and unloved in her world!! 😢 😢 💔 💔 😢 😢😮

    I understand that the latest forensic findings challenge the allegations that Kim Soo-hyun dated Kim Sae-ron when she was a minor. If evidence was manipulated, those responsible absolutely need to be held accountable. But I still have so many questions!

    First, what about the relationship Kim Soo-hyun eventually acknowledged having with her? What about the allegations that she reached out for help while dealing with the financial consequences of her DUI case? What exactly happened between her and GOLD MEDALIST, the agency associated with Kim Soo-hyun and his cousin? Were her requests for assistance properly addressed?

    And what about the messages and other information reportedly recovered from her old phones? Have all the relevant records been independently examined and properly explained to the public?

    I’m also questioning the roles played by the journalists, the YouTuber, the police, and her family. If evidence was deliberately manipulated, who knew about it, and why was it presented that way? What did her family actually know? And why have there been so many conflicting narratives throughout this entire controversy?

    I don’t automatically believe her family, the YouTuber, the Korean media, or Kim Soo-hyun and his representatives. I believe everyone involved should be subjected to the same level of scrutiny.

    And let’s not forget that Kim Sae-ron was a young woman who lost her life after experiencing serious personal, financial, and professional difficulties. Her story deserves to be examined with care, not reduced to a battle over one celebrity’s reputation.

    I’m not saying Kim Soo-hyun is guilty of the allegations against him. If he was falsely accused, he deserves justice too. But proving that certain messages were misattributed doesn’t automatically answer every question about how Kim Sae-ron was treated.

    I remain skeptical of everyone involved, especially when powerful people, influential media outlets, and competing interests are part of the story.

    Something about this entire situation still doesn’t sit right with me. I want the full truth, not just whichever version of events happens to be dominating the headlines today.
