  11. This is highly misleading, even if it is partly true. Hyoyeon has owned a large apartment in Incheon for many years. She could own other properties if she wanted to. Most likely Hyoyeon just lives in the dorm when she is in Seoul, which is probably very convenient in some ways. Having no roommates means it is trouble-free. Paying no rent is nice but probably doesn't matter to her.
