An unexpected and mature against-all-odds story that begins with a 720,000-yen contract…

40-year-old single woman Yui Katakura enjoys being frugal. She has deliberately avoided anything she deems to be uneconomical, including romance and marriage. During a free medical examination, she is told she only has a year left to live. But instead of fear, Yui feels a strange sense of relief. “If I’m going to die, there’s no need to save money anymore.”
Sena, a pink-haired nightclub host, unexpectedly approaches her, asking “Can you lend me some money?” Yui responds by “buying” him for 720,000 yen, “squandering” money for the first time in her life and starting a new adventure.

  1. I guess Shibasaki Ko would be very professional at acting the sorrowful roles for some handicapped cases 😂
