Today, I signed up for and upgraded my Genspark account. However, I encountered a serious issue.
I received an invoice and receipt from Genspark by email for US$239.99. However, my bank shows that Genspark charged the exact same amount twice.
I have already reported this situation to your headquarters by email, and I received a reply stating that you are currently busy and would respond within one week.
However, I could not clearly understand whether this means the issue will be resolved within one week, or whether it will simply take one week just to confirm and reply regarding the situation.
I believe this is a very important issue. It is quite frustrating that the same upgrade was charged twice, and that the resolution may take up to a week.
I sincerely apologize for expressing my concern so directly, but no matter how excellent a tool may be, if the basic billing process is not handled properly, many users may feel disappointed.
Although my case may be unusual, I believe it is unacceptable for this kind of issue to occur in Genspark, especially for a platform that emphasizes fact-checking and accuracy through AI.
You mention that everything is handled efficiently through AI, but this situation is causing significant stress for me. I sincerely hope that other users will not experience the same problem.
