Nam Ji Hyun and Kim Jae Young are set to star in a new romantic comedy titled New Analects, written by the screenwriter of Soundtrack #1. The drama combines philosophical elements from Confucius’ Analects with a modern rom-com twist. Nam Ji Hyun plays Yeon Soo, a marketing employee raised in a conservative family, while Kim Jae Young portrays a man who sells sex toys. Their unconventional relationship leads to personal growth and heartwarming moments. The series will have 12 episodes and is directed by Kim Ye Ji, with filming scheduled for late 2025. Fans are excited about the reunion of these two actors, who previously worked together in 100 Days My Prince.
