My humble opinion is Miss Hiromi is skilful at delivering fast songs and e slower ones too. She was so good that it would seem to me that all these songs she did in her younger days were specially written for her. Though I am not any expert, her voice sounded equally good at e higher notes as well as e lower ones. I first came across her in e Red/White song competition on our Singapore 🇸🇬 TV in 1983 or so. If I remembered correctly, she was e first singer to take to e stage for e lady singers. For e male singers, Hideki Saijo started. I remember vividly that Miss Hiromi looked so dazzling, so elegant and feminine (like a Japanese princess)that night in a very well-designed, white full-bodied length dress and belted out "Okaerinasai". (and purple lip-stick too!) Wow! Domo Arigato Gozaimashita! God bless all of you too! Taka Aki.😊.

ファミリーヒストリーで超久しぶりに歌を聴きました。20歳で家に帰る約束だったそうで、思秋期の歌を聴いた父親が心を動かされてその後を許されたそう。すごい歌唱力と素晴らしい曲にも恵まれて、独特のワールドに浸かる感じです。

年末になると…【賞レース】があったわよね～。「日本テレビ音楽祭」…「あなたが選ぶ歌謡音楽祭」…「日本レコード大賞」…「FＮS歌謡祭」…そして…【新人歌手の…登竜門】…「新宿音楽祭」…「ヨコハマ音楽祭」…などが、あったわよね〜。(様々なアーティストな歌手が…競ったものですよ。）必ず…岩崎宏美さんは…「ノミネート」されていたわ。【スター誕生】で…「小坂明子さんのあなた」を…テレビの本選で…歌唱されて、優勝🏆️そして…「二重唱(デュエット）」で…歌手デビュー👨🎤伸びやかな透き通った歌声は…心地よくて、「振り付けで歌う」…岩崎宏美さんは…ステキですよ…😂
