4. HSJ is a serious and focused actor that can portray any characters with ease. Just give him the script and he will dwell into that character!! Definitely he is underrated. 8. hope soneday Ha Seok Jin will be a very famous and known actor. I feel he acts super well, and shouldn't be in the under rated list.

9. Haseokjin is one of the finest Korean actors in his 40s but underated. I'm really hoping one day this talented actor will recognize more with his talent and strong charismatic feature. I love him since the time I've watch 'Something about 1%'. I pray that a very good script comes to his hand & that will give him the best he truly deserves. Not only the winner of Devil's Plan S1 but with his drama works 😊
