I belive that she's singing live but there's effect also which is why it sound so computerised and autotune just like the original ver. Afterall, we all know her voice isn't her strongest which is why all her song sound so computerised and auto tune. Japan normally prefer their idol act cute and dance cutely on stage so honestly, this is no surprise. Still continue to support sayumi, whether she is in MM or not ❤️
