Erza V.S Irene Part – 3 Conclusion || Irene’s Death || Erza V.S Meteor .
With a single strike of her sword, Erza annihilates the heavenly body which breaks into numerous tiny pieces that fall on the battlefield. Erza herself continues to fall towards Irene, yelling out for her to prepare herself, however, the transformed Spriggan points out Erza’s inability to hurt a Dragon. Much to her shock, this instantly changes as Wendy slowly gets up and enchants Erza’s blade with the power to slay Dragons, allowing Erza to deliver a devastating blow which undoes Irene’s transformation. Even though this act causes some injuries to Irene, the two Fairies are now on the ground, unable to move anymore. Irene makes use of their predicament and grabs Erza’s sword, intending to finish things, but then she notices her daughter’s smile.
She recalls a similar smile on a then-baby Erza’s face and yells out at her daughter to stop it, something which Erza pays no attention to and propels herself to headbutt Irene, with the sword stabbing through her side in the process. After coughing up blood, Irene grabs the sword yet again, but this time stabs herself with it as she realizes that despite taking countless lives up till this point, she is unable to kill her own daughter.
A surprised Erza can do nothing, but ask why, as Irene reveals that she stopped trying to enchant herself into Erza’s body; she couldn’t do it because of her adorable smile and that was the reason she then threw her away. With Irene’s final words being an expression of love towards her daughter, Erza lies on the ground, watching her mother pass away and bids her goodbye.

  3. this fights is really bullshit and irrational. shitty because they unreasonably make Erza OP. everyone is "draining magic powers" from fighting with huge number of armies and spriggan 12 but this Erza went on with Ajeel and Neinhart and still have the power to fight Irene? Irene is one of the strongest members of the shield 12 and a dragon. i get natsu went against spriggans and still able to fight Zeref because he is after all E.N.D so it makes sense but this Erza, a mere human, stops a meteor in that condition?? she barely move her right arm. other fights are cool but this one was not cool. so bullshit as if Erza has "unlimited supply of magic power for no logical reason"
    good thing they made it a fight between August and Gildarts/Canna because it will be more bullshit if Erza also defeated August.

  16. I feel a strong connection between this fight and anti-abortion. This is a very sensitive topic and I might just be overthinking things so I apologize in advance, but hear me out. Irene treated Erza's body as her own when she was still in her womb. She did not care for Erza's life and her future at the time because all she wanted was to live a life free from the suffering and sadness that she had felt for 400 years. She planned on enchanting herself into baby Erza therefore killing/aborting her. The saddest part is that her reasoning behind this act was completlely understandable because of how awful Erzas father was, and the people of her country. But in the end she could not do it. Deep down she knew that inside her truly was another life besides her own. she ended up being not a great mother by abandoning Erza and leaving her without a family. But she still WAS a mother and gave life to Erza. This is why Irene is my favorite Fairy tail character.

Moments like this made me rage quit Fairy Tail, i loved it but now i have no interest in the franchise at all, i even only came here because im bored and i saw the video for casuality thats all, by far THE WORST nakama power of all the franchises, so aweful that not even the badass music and likeble characters can save it.

  28. You know the fact if Irene decided to raise Erza, Erza might become dragon slayer and will never met Jellal. And she will actually have Irene entering her body to stop seed growing, Erza will be the only have dragon as her biological parent.
    And maybe fate brings Erza Belserion to Fairy Tail like Natsu and Wendy.
