Characters like Jiraiya, Howl and especially Kino always made me dream of becoming a traveler! For me it was not the birds but the clouds. I don't know why, but they really amazed me and I realized you can find joy and beauty just about anywhere from the filthy streets, allies and crevices of New York city, to random little macadams, paths through the forest and places no one but animals have seen. I probably won't ever become a traveler, especially with Covid, but at least I can delve into traveling through writing stories!
i am jealous of birds
