    Not only chosen for Babymetal, but Babymetal was build around her. Possibly the whole idea might not even have been attempted without her.
    From Suzuka we have a lot of even older clips, all the way back to her being 6 or 7 as a singer in her early days at ASH.
    And a video of when she was 5 and still new to the stage doing modeling, she was already doing commercial work at age 3 (!) but we don't have any photos. videos, etc. of that as far as I'm aware of.
    At ASH she was considered the ace of her generation (especially for singing) together with Riho (especially for dancing). Riho was later the Avenger, with Babymetal it's because 'Mikikometal' the choreographer of Babymetal also came from Hiroshima and ASH and worked with Babymetal in Sakura Gakuin and Karen Girl's (before Babymetal/Sakura Gakuin). So Riho had the same 'dancing DNA' as Babymetal which made it easier to fit in.

  17. The sweetest face with the sweetest voice. Sometimes blessings fall all in the same place. She is singing this so freely, without holding back or any of the usual shyness, that would be so typical for a girl her age. I'm quite sure there's more greatness from her to follow. Doesn't matter in what form, it will be breath taking.

  19. Alan, glad to see you are continuing the channel. You can hear the raw talent and power of Su's voice. For a short period she was enrolled in ASH and SG. During that brief period she was already singing in Babymetal.
    You should explore Sakura Gakuin (Cherry Blossom) Academy where Babymetal started. There is a wealth of videos with all the original three girls. You can see the strong bonds forming among them. There are also a lot of talented girls that went on to be successful in the entertainment / fashion industry.

  21. Nice. Su More talent than humans are allowed to have at that age. The balance of the universe explains why so many other have only a little talent. I wonder if she thought one day I'll be on stage and with a wave of my hands the audience will part like the red sea? Probably not in her JPOP days. But I wonder when they told her to try that and it worked, what she was thinking at that moment? I've been waiting for Moa to do it during one of her solo performances.

  27. Su has the most powerful female voice in J-Rock/J-Pop since Youko Takahashi (Cruel Angel Thesis/Tamashii no Rufuran/Aoki Flamme); in fact, she covered Youko's Tamashii no Rufuran.

I've heard a lot more impressive voice than her, the first few times I heard her voice I was just like 'it's ok' but then it gradually grow in me, and to this point now I just love it, maybe because of the way she pour emotion into it and how good her sound singing LIVE – hearing her LIVE and watching her performance is truly something else – it even turned several BM songs that I didn't like when watching MV/listening studio into my favourite list
