His style of performing is seemingly spontaneous, incorporating freestyled moves (eg. at the start of Mic Drop and his popping in Tear) and ad-libs. He designs both of his solo stages MAMA and Just Dance for optimal engagement rather than letting the audience be a passive witness. He uses not only the main stage, but also the runway and extended stage to interact with the audience at all corners.

    An iconic example from Just Dance is when he removes his earpiece to hear the fan chants of his name. It is a simple yet ingenious gesture that draws the audience in. For the ending chorus of MAMA, J-Hope invites everyone to join in the singing which leads to an unforgettable climax. This is where J-Hope goes beyond a mere 'dancer' and evolves into an artist with a strong vision and an exceptional performer who is able to command the attention of tens of thousands of people. He creates a connection that you can only get in person, not from watching a recording on a flat screen. His energy is larger-than-life. Photos and even videos only capture someone to a certain extent. His aura and charisma is inevitably diluted in flat images or recordings, which is why you have to see Jung Hoseok perform live to fully understand who he is.

  7. Soy nueva en esto de KPOP y de seguir a BTS , y cada ves me sorprendo más de ver el talento de estos chicos. Disculpen mi ignorancia pero viendo esté video de JHOPE rapeando y cantando 🎶 y oir la preciosa voz sorprende, lo mismo me pasó con SUGA y NAMJOON. Con temas espectaculares y letras maravillosas. Éstos jóvenes estaban destinados para formar BTS, todos ellos con talentos inigualables.el rapeo acá en América Latina es diferente.JHOPE muy elegante en sus movimientos corporales cómo en su vocalisacion era el único qué me faltaba por oirlo y verlo cómo solista quedando super emocionada.
