  3. I will do this during the week.
    Day 1: ✅ (17:28) I did it, my legs hurt a little. But it's quite easy, maybe because I've been doing similar training for quite some time!
    Day 2: ✅ (16:09) Walked 9,000 steps and did this workout, for legs and back. I also plan to stretch kazuha and jihyo!
    Day 3: ✅ (07:57) I did this workout in the morning. It was harder than yesterday. Most likely, I overdid it.. but I will do it all the time. I do not notice great results
    Day 4: ✅ (11:56) I did it. My legs hurt a lot. I don't see any big changes, but my legs have tightened up
    Day 5: ✅ (07:46) This time my legs hurt more than last time. I still don't see much change.. I think it's because I've been doing sports for a long time.. but I'll keep trying until the end
    Day 6: ✅ (15:08) My legs hurt so much.. Before that, I did Pilates from Lidia Map. I walked 7700 steps
