Here's the sheet music I found from a chinese website. Not the exact same arrangement but close enough. Unfortunately it's titled "Untitled"
This song was really nice when it played in episode 10. I kinda wish you kept in the Ab in 0:50 resolving to I7 but good arrangement nonetheless
