Okay, hi, I am OBSESSED with their chemistry and this drama. Not gonna lie, I think it’s one of the best dramas I have ever watched (that is, if the plot doesn’t go downhill after few more episodes, but I have a really good feeling that it won’t) in like 10 or so years. It’s an exaggeration, maybe, but that’s how much I LOVE the writing for this drama.

I love that this drama is so fresh. Not the plot, no. The plot itself is basic, but the characters and their interactions are the reasons that make the drama sooo enjoyable. The dialogues between the characters may come off as detached and weird (in bold) for first-time watchers, but as you go along, you’ll notice the ingenuity behind every word spoken. How each dialogue is a building block to future dialogues, and how they convey so much of the character’s true feelings and intentions. For veteran K-drama watchers, this drama is like a breath of fresh air. But… I can’t exactly say the same for new K-drama watchers.

Plus, they picked the right actors to deliver the lines (I cannot imagine the four main characters with other actors). Like other watchers have said numerous times, they deliver their lines sooooo naturally and seamlessly, it is as though as they were not given a script. Shin Sae-kyung is absolutely killing it in this one. Her expressions don’t come off as awkward or forced, it’s like the character was written for her. MOREOVER, there are NO infuriating love triangles in this drama (FINALLY!) and all overused K-drama tropes that I can think of are thrown out the window (as of Episode 6, at least).

As for the chemistry between the actors… I think that is pretty much explanatory, considering I made an entire video about them after not uploading anything after 4 years lol.

I have nothing, but high praises for this drama. So, if you ask me, is this drama worth the try? My answer is going to be: DAMN RIGHT IT IS! Come join the ship and the torturous week-long wait, especially if you have nothing better to do hahahhaha.

  3. First of all Thank you for this video. I love it, on point. Hope you continue doing video with this couple. Since I started watching Run On I was hooked. Subscribing you your channel. Count me in. Specially Siwan and SSK, they really have compatibility and chemistry. Their acting is superb. I'd been watching this over and over again. So sad that the drama ended. I wish they are still communicating. I pray that they end up together for real. I like watching their bts, So happy watching them. They have something with each other.

  5. i could not agree more to ur thoughts on the drama, it has climbed to my fav dramas and bcuz of how fresh every character is, i love their dialouge delivery and the interactions are what i live for, every single expression from siwan is such a joy to watch, its a drama that spent rewinding and rewatching cuz i couldnt have enough of the scenes, not only the leads but all the chcracters went so well togather may it be siwan's mom's manager or sekyung's best friend unni, all of them made it such an enjoyable drama to watch!

  12. Why do I have this feeling that he likes her like for real? I mean this is his first acting role as a lead ( basing on my research lol ) and he was part of a boygroup before and only had 1 gf in his life so I think it's possible he develops feeling for her or is it just me? hahaha

  15. I haven’t watched this (but I’m about to), yet I’m already obsessed with their behind the scenes! This is the first time where I watched a lot of bts videos before watching the actual drama. It just proves their chemistry is definitely off the charts!

  31. Al principio de la trama me parecía muy tóxica la protagonista hasta dejé de ver la serie, pero después la seguí viendo y después ya me empezó a gustar. La recomiendo porque no hay vulgaridades ni desnudos.
