  1. I have ALWAY'S LOVED PRINCE and the REVOLUTION 💜💜💜💜💜 AND I HAVE ALWAY'S LOVED THESE BEAUTIFUL TALENTED GIRLS!!!!💜💖💜💖💜💖💜💖💜 I really miss Prince. Wendy moves just like him.🥰💜💖

  2. It is too bad Prince never really pushed them forward as an act. I don't know if he resented their talent or just didn't think they had the it factor or what but those two rocked.

  3. Absolutely an example of the best written, best musicianship, best produced music ever. If you don't know Wendy & Lisa they are of Prince fame, under their name. Absolutely some of the best rock to be published, they are Wendy Melvoin and Lisa Coleman. I simply cannot say enough about the immense song writing and musicianship of this duo. They went into music for film and television and have won an Emmy Award, I think because they were never properly promoted by their label. If you want to hear some of the most simply beautiful music ever to be recorded.

  4. Talk about completely underrated!!! I played this album until it broke, I think. Wendy and Lisa are incredible musicians and vocals are beautiful. ❤️

  5. WOW Listen to that bass line. The changes and shifts are amazing as it speaks to my musicals ear. It goes so well with the drums. Is that Wendy on that bass line, if so OMG!

  6. No I am listening to this bass track again I believe that is (Brown Mark). If not him —> (Jesse Johnson). Something about the way this bass speaks has their signature on it. Maybe I am wrong but damn if this is Wendy I am speechless.

  7. Officially obsessed with this song !!! 🙂❤️ Love Wendy and Lisa !!! They learned well from the Purple One !!!
    😎🎹🎸💜💜💜💜

  8. This amazing song takes me back in time when life was fun. I remember cruising to it on lonely nights in my car. Nostalgia! Wendy and Lisa will always have my respect and adoration🌺

  9. Prince didn’t let Wendy & Lisa GO.
Prince let Wendy & Lisa GROW.
    ☔️ ❤️☔️❤️☔️❤️☔️❤️☔️❤️☔️

  10. Wendy & Lisa's music is great, with and without Prince. Prince immediately made Sign O the Times, The Black Album and Lovesexy, so one can never really say that he made a mistake by going forward without them. They had an amazing run together and I enjoy all of it.

  11. I'm a musician as was inspired by the album 1999 and that was the start of my musical journey! I kinda remember Lisa in the Controversy video because I was so young but when I saw her in the 1999 video I was hooked! Then came Purple Rain! So beautiful Lisa you are! Wendy as well!! The Revolution should have stayed together like The Rolling Stones! Then in middle school my friend showed me Lisa and Wendy's 1st album which had Waterfalls produced by Bobby Z
Then Honeymoon Express! This song is breathtaking!💜💜💜 Its like driving in the rain with someone beautiful next to you!

  12. I was fortunate enough to see Wendy & Lisa in the 90s at park west in chicago! The joint was packed I was upfront pressed up against the stage dancing with a great diversity of people ! This was such a beautiful time !!!

  13. A prophetically bad song that disgustingly leans towards Prince in both execution and especially, style. Both Lisa and Wendy exulted in the notion of separating themselves from the Revolution's sexist stylings of the 80's but yet here they are yet again portraying the same amalgam seemingly only to sell records…a very sad referendum on what the state of modern music has become…
