  1. 남자분 한국말 솜씨에 제가 더 놀람 ㅎㅎ 국어 선생님이신줄 ㅎㅎㅎ 대박 리엑션 화이팅!!

  2. I was trying so hard to digest the lyrics, but I just concluded that it was too poetic for me to understand. But thanks to you guys, I finally get the idea! Love how you guys interpreted and explain to us non-Korean. ❤

  3. Controversial statement: I have a fairly strong
notion that the subtext of the video is that rather
than it being an ordinary love story, Jisoo is playing a sex worker, a 'flower girl.' In past centuries in China, Japan and Korea, the title 'sing-song girl' (Chinese:), or 'flower girl,' was a slang term for a courtesan. The yellow building which Jisoo stands outside of, looking in at a set of pearls, was painted that colour specifically for this MV shoot. It strongly suggests the 1996 Korean film 'Yellow House,' which is about a sex worker who struggles with her identity when she is forced to leave the Yellow House brothel of the title. Jisoo is playing the role of someone who is deeply conflicted by her profession, with all the waiting around in hotel rooms and lobbies, avoiding eye contact with maids and elevator operators, plus all the inevitable heartbreak and loneliness. At the same time she is still attracted to the money she makes and the sense of power it brings, as this may be her only alternative to poverty. The tearing off of the choker at the end is a signal of the character taking charge of her independence. She is no one's pet or possession. PS: This is a description of a role
that actress Jisoo is playing. It is not actually a
description of our wonderful Jisoo, the brilliant and talented actor and singer from Blackpink.

  4. Thank you for your Korean perspective. I expected Jisoo to put in hidden details and meanings, and I've been looking for someone to give some Korean context, as I suspect there's a lot of subtleties and cultural references that perhaps only Koreans would pick up on. Thanks! Great reaction, and very informative as well!

  5. I ALWAYS LOVE to hear your insights and comments!!! Its so in-depth and not surface level unlike MANY who think it's underwhelming. Flower is PERFECT for Jisoo! It screams, luxury, poetic, chic, sassy. Unlike Rosé's emotional and western, Lisa's swag and dance-centric, and Jennie's pop diva sound.

  6. I always love how you explain to us the lyrics of the song. Love also both your passion!

  7. Love how you guys explained this by including the Korean culture explanation + interpretation, made us International fans respect more about the song, thanks guys!

  8. Yeah this is Ji Soo. Unlike other people's that are rappy and poppy. She's a vocalist and visualist. This is Ji Soo for sure.

  9. I was waiting for your reaction and you guys did not disappoint xD Could we get All Eyes On Me reaction as well?

  10. this is the BEST reaction vid for me… the way you both analyze the lyrics and the details as well as the overall concept and vibe of jisoo's solo chef's kiss

  11. The choreo and chorus part of the song.. and this phrase is so addicting.. 꽃향기만 남기고 갔단다 matching with instrumentals chorus!! Love Jisoo two songs!!

  12. I love and appreciate how you reacted and explained the whole concept and the meaning behind the lyrics of Jisoo's Flower! You made me have a deeper appreciation for it.
This song is really a poetry in motion! It's so Jisoo!

  13. 두분 한국말도 너무 잘하고 영어도 너무 잘해서 재밋어요
    !! 팬이 되었습니다

  14. The choreo is the same as the song of Viva Hot Babes named Bulaklak or Flower. They are sexy stars or bold stars 😅😂😂

  15. So happy when it came out but IT MAKE MORE SENSE upon hearing it from you guys as Koreans!!! I really loved korean songwriting process.

  16. Hallo plis Reaction debut xikers from KQ entertainment (junior ateez ) plis Reaction tank you
