Can someone please explain to me how they did this. Especailly how they kept the hands so still betwwn changings.

just guessing, but maybe filmed in two different time and edit into one layer. kind of wired to respond to a comment that leaved three years ago
Not weird at all, but three years after I know, each time she changes, she had to go back to the position in the previous look. and hands were put in after.
