  11. Jennie you should try some of my secret’s. I would love to share with you. Magnesium is so precious for the body especially the muscles. It is very good for cramps also. It also comes in like a salt bath 🛁 mix. To relax the body and muscle. It is very precious. Aloe Vera plant 🌱 is very special also. Especially for the skin. You use it natural is best. The leaf straight of the plant. You cut open the leaf and use the jelly flesh. You can use it on the whole body to keep the skin fresh young and hydrated. Very very precious especially on the face. Lavender essential oil is also very very calming and beautifully fragrance. The oil you can use and rub on your temples on the sides of your head when stressed and as a incense oil burner very special. And last of all a wonderful cup of camomile tea is very relaxing.
