About the series:
“Romantic Killer” is a slapstick adolescent romantic comedy that follows the romance-averse Anzu, a “non-heroine type” high school girl who is thrown into a real-life dating simulation game.
Anzu Hoshino is a “non-heroine type” high school girl who pays no attention to fashion or romance and spends every day playing video games. After the wizard Riri suddenly appears and confiscates Anzu’s three favorite things — video games, chocolate, and cats — she gets pursued by hot guys!

  28. I loathe, loathe, loathe Emilia, so I was surprised this is the same voice actress when my husband told me. Anzu was such a relatable MC and had me rolling in tears laughing my guts out with how well Rieri did the voicework!!!

    Even the smallest "Eh?" whenever she got caught in an unwanted romantic situation was hilariously well done. One of the best VA I've heard this year!

  29. I just finished watching this today and the anime is so awesome too funny and really enjoying😆
    Rieri is always great voicing roles she gets, so hardworking getting lots of roles this season. I also noticed Rieri and Ume-chan starred here again 🤭 hearing their voice here got me so hyped😍
    (I also watched the currently airing anime "Im the villannes so I'm taming the last boss" being the MC as well)

    Just done watching this series and I can say it is really good. The premise has it own originality that give u a fresh air of romcom anime. The comedy is unique in a good way. Definetly must watch this season. Hope the story continue to s2 ❤

  34. Currently I'm at episode 8, and it is great. Anzu is funny protagonist, and Riri is my favorite character. He is so evil in funny way. Komatsu Mikako does a great job as making him as funny as possible. Takahashi Rie is great as Anzu as well.
