Amuro-chan has played a big part in my own Japan journey. I feel so lucky to have seen her in Tokyo and to almost work with her while I was at Avex. It makes me sad that she’s retiring, but she’s left behind such a great repertoire of music that I couldn’t help lay down this tribute to her departure. ❤❤❤

Also it’s been almost 10 years since I first covered this song – how wild is that?! 😱
