  1. Kevin “the machine” Chen….
The Competition AI pianist who have good technique, cliche rubato on downbead regardless of the context of the score…. 🤢🤢

  2. Kevin Chen’s performance was absolutely incredible. I feel so lucky to have discovered such a gifted pianist — he’s truly one of a kind. I’ll keep following his journey wherever it takes him.

  3. People who bash technically gifted pianists always call them “mechanical.” Chances are, they’ve barely listened. Kevin Chen has world class technique, but he never shows off. Instead, he conveys an extraordinary musicality and a profound love for the piano and the composers he plays. His performances are passionate, deeply human, and full of life. I heard him live at the competition, and his romantic expression completely swept me away. I was in a daze long after he finished. When he walked off stage, people around me were saying, “He’s a genius. We’ve just witnessed something truly special.” I sincerely want to support this remarkable young pianist.
