1. This is a great example of why he falls out with many people. He thinks he's closer to them than he is, becoming too clingy. He keeps glazing Maya and says how great she was, but Maya said she doesn't have good chemistry with him. He needs to stop trying to be close with or please everyone, because it often backfires.
