I'm so tired of y"all the "we are different because we are not K-pop idols" stans, spreading so much misinformation without knowing a damn thing, study anatomy and then comment on the subject which is extremely sensitive and it's about a body of a person you don't know, y"all don't even know what an hourglass figure is properly and want to talk about the topic, here's a reasoning on why Yuna could have easily developed her figure, and yes before you ask i have studied anatomy and have dressed many body types in a clothing store, currenly i'm working with Google and providing information for them, in a self-made company that prevents having misleading information spread around the search web.

    Just a quick and clear explanation here about the definition of an "hourglass body shape" cause 100.1% of k-pop stans don't know or have an idea what this term means and believe an hourglass shape is just about curves and go spreading misinformation everywhere they go and have a weird obesession of not wanting idols to have "hourglass figures" obligatorily.

An "hourglass body shape" means having equal body measurements, small waist and wide shoulders, it just means being proportionated, its not a thing about exhuberant curves, the hourglass shape is the most uncommon body type and the least studied, this type has many unknown information about it that not a lot of people know, like how this shape variates and its not a set body type like rectangles, inverted triangles, pears and etc, cause this form can get transformed or lost, throughout many reasons, like years or exercise.

    The hourglass morph is much more than a “wasp waist”, having this type of silhouette is a matter of proportions in which the hips, shoulders and waist come into play. This means you can have an hourglass silhouette whether you're tall or short, or if you're of a slimmer or curvy build. There is no ideal hourglass body type, the important thing is to know how to recognize what type you have, appreciate it and value it.

    The hourglass shape has two sub-types, the "top hourglass" and the "bottom hourglass".

    Keep in mind that these three women are not traditional hourglasses and don't have the exact/perfect ratio of one but they're still in their shape no matter if they have one body part that is not perfectly proportioned, that's why "top and bottom" exists, examples of traditional hourglass shapes with perfect ratio and no non-proportioned measurements are Twice's Tzuyu and Nayeon, Itzy's Yuna, I*Zone/Le Sserafim's Sakura, Nmixx's Sullyoon, AOA's Seolhyun etc etc

    These are many reasons why Yuna could have easily formed her normal body type, now i'm not complety leaving aside the fact that she could have done surgery, we know PS is cheap in SK, and idols are pressured to mantain the korean beauty standards at any cost, however the reason why i believe my reasons what was what happened to Yuna, it's simply because i know the matters to what is like doing plastic surgery specially one as delicate as the hip widen procedure, it takes months of recovery and i highly doubt the company will put such a young artist when she was not even major in age to get a major comestic procedure however it's not impossible, and i'm not trying to dismiss that, but saying that if she really did then that shouldn't be none of the fans bussines.
