she was introduced to me with a werewolf boy i still wasn’t watchinf kdramas back then and this was basically my first korean movie ever since then i knew i was gonna love her
i think she stays relevant because she is so grounded and humble. she refuses to be typecasted. she could easily be that cute lovable female lead but time and time again, she picks challenging roles. she also knows how to pick projects. due to the rise of healing and social commentary dramas, she knows how to pick dramas that resonates with us. daily dose of sunshine and our unwritten seoul has so many good messages about mental health and she plays her characters so convincingly, it does not come off as cringey or preachy. i’m glad she stayed relevant even after 20 years because is a gift to the kdrama industry. she is so talented and so good in builfing chemistry with his maleleads an co stars. ❤

In 2011 in the middle of this messy backstabbing, when she was not able to do anything she worked in IU's mv video Only I didn't know, it was a chance to remain relevant and in the eyes of people, IU took it to X to express her gratitude and said she was a big fan of her. Bo young replied IU has a heart of gold, I'll support you. I love them both and their work. It would be great if they could work together in a movie or series, but both are such big stars it would be hard to arrange it. Thanks for the video. I knew the agency story but not the movie legal issue. I could be naive but I'm 100% with Bo young, K-agencies are like sharks (with respect to the later).
She didn't sing the song in Scandal Makers. That was another singer. Check the credits. But…that being said, PBY is my favorite actor. Love everything she does. So talented and layered and multi-dimensional…Strong Girl vs Daily Dose of Sunshine. How very different and she nailed them both. I could really feel the pain in Daily Dose. Magnificent range. I would really like to see her take a crack at American media. Thank you Netflix and all others who have brought us Bo Young.

Scandalmakers was great. She can sing, but DID NOT (!!!) sing in the movie. Like her, BUT she said that she will not change role types not to disappoint her fans, i.e. she won't wave from a narrow artistic path.

She's my fav actress, her acting skills is just amazing, I've watched every movie and drama she starred in, if you pay attention you can exactly tell how she feels through her face even though she's not saying a single word, the details he put on her acting is incredible, she is just amazing i love her so much.

After watching over 100 Dramas she still is my most favourite actress and bests everyone even close. She's so freaking talented, her expressions, delivery, chemistry with the co-stars everything is off the charts. Her emotions crying happiness is so well done that I feel the same emotions through the screen. On top of ot all she's such a good and humble person like every time she's on the top for charity she does less projects like in a year or two still manages to capture the audience and donate for good deeds. I'M always eagerywaiting for her dramas so happy with Unknown Seoul jist waiting for it to end then I'll binge watch ❤

How intelligent must she be, both cognitively and emotionally, to be able to embody so many difficult roles. She is really an amazing actress, not just a cute face. And seeing her in interviews and reality shows, seems like she has a great personality too!
