  2. I respect and admire the dedication, but it must suck to never be able to enjoy food ever again if that’s one of the greatest things life has to offer

  3. He said it…Fast Metabolism. In other words…not everyone has to eat this much to hold weight. Something so many people don’t bother to hear or listen to. That’s why they end up strong…but bloated and overweight. Not an attractive or healthy look at all.

  5. That's not as hard to eat 300 raw grams of oatmeal if you are not chewing your food, you can block your nostrils and drink everything in few minutes. I'm surprised that Jay didn't had bowls of green veggies. But i do understand it would mean for him to eat two times more than he ate.

  6. I’m having trouble imagining an entire kilo of carbs. Like, a solid block of carb. What would that even look like? I know things like bread have carbs in them, but I’m imagining a brick of pure carb.

The body only utilizes only 25 grams of protein at a time so eating 75 in one meal is kinda wasting it just eat more meals a day to make the full daily amount of protein needed for his size it takes two hours for the proteins to work so 25 grams every two hours is what should be done because too high of protein taken in at a time that cannot be utilized it can store in the kidneys and be hard on your kidneys you want to utilize the proteins that you eat properly so they go to your muscles so 25 g every 2 hours is what he should be doing you will have to do a lot throughout the day but it can be utilized in smaller amounts so it's easy on the kidneys

  8. There's an old vid of him saying he never used anything to add flavor to his food and never ate out and all this blah blah.. Then this vid comes out.. There's so many vids out now of Jay contradicting his old vids.. it's like he forgot he lied all the time 😅. He's one of the best to ever do it, and the oddest.

  9. I was sitting in the sixth row two rows behind the judges in 2009 when you did the quad stomp. To this day, one of the craziest things I've ever seen. The other time I saw you was the year that you had your hair sticking straight up in the air. I was a good luck charm to you because the two times I went to the Olympia when you were in it you won both times and it wasn't that close. I don't remember the year with your hair sticking up in the air but your waist was so small in that year and your legs were just absolutely crazy. You were bigger and a little wider the year of the quad stomp 2009 I believe. I just wanted to thank you because I've been to 14 Olympians and I'll be there this year and there has been some crazy s*** I've seen and those two years you join that club. I got to see Lee Haney in 91 for his eighth and obviously dorian's first Olympia. I saw Dorian three times when and you twice and Phil and Ronnie. Ronnie and 2003 I want to say and you in 2009 and Dorian in 93 and 4 in-person were hard to believe how you guys could look. For a smaller framed physique I thought Dexter Jackson looks fantastic when he won the Olympia. I need Dexter Jackson back when he competed and won the first national qualifier at middleweight.you have been a great ambassador keep up the good work 💯
