Being on stage and rehearsing for dance routines works muscles differently. Ballet they are strong to do those jumps but their lean muscular. Boy bands have that unless they go to gym to workout upper body and core. Army is pure muscular strength to climb and be able to save themselves or others just on their physical abilities at times. So yes you will definitely see more muscle mass on them.
