Wendy did most of the doubling (for all members), ad-libs and such other things especially in these early albums. From the Rookie album, the members as a whole started doing their own backup vocals. That's why its a treat to watch their recording behind videos which have started from Queendom release in 2021.
Wendy owns the 'Oh Boy' song lmao 😀 … Since the first time I heard it, I just remember her going off in that track !
This is easily one of the best albums in kpop history for me. 👍
if you liked red velvet, i highly recommend checking out billlie (spelled with 3 l’s)!! they are often compared to red velvet since their music has similar vibes and billlie is also known to have amazing bsides. billlie also has lore in most of their songs and MVs if that’s something you’d be interested in! 🙂
