3. You and your singer friends are on the point in my opinion. I've been a professional acoustic guitar maker for almost 40 years now, soon to be retiring. I just have to admit, the more I've listened her music and singing, the more Taeyeon is just like a perfect dream guitar. Instrument as good as it ever can be to produce well balanced high quality tones for every need, any type of music. Any sound you'll want, she'll produce. Whatever. Her size does some limits but everything is all the time in perfect control. Best guitars are not the biggest ones. ( Of course she has her soul, intelligence and attitude as well as a human being. And a player within, of course.) And as I mentioned earlier in some comment before this I dropped that 'in K-pop' away long ago. She's just the one of the really great singers internationally. Also I think her singing style that she keeps beautifully straightforward with pure clean notes, it is a difficult way to sing. But it seems to me that Taeyeon never ever makes things easy for herself in her music and singing. Always challenging herself even now in this point of her career. I wrote this long because it is her birthday. World sure is a better place with her in it.

5. Her voice is like butter for your soul, smooth, rich, and it makes everything feel a little better, even when it’s talking about how crappy everything is. It’s like she’s singing directly to your heart, serving up all your emotions in a way that’s both haunting and strangely comforting 😊

6. Totally agree that Taeyeon has a golden voice. She's the embodiment of skill meets natural talent imo. And being able to go from like acoustic piano/guitar to like metal and still killing it. That's something. "Taeyeon is the Genre" is so accurate.

7. Taeyeon just finished 3 days in Seoul to kick off her current concert tour. I've seen some fancam clips of her performing Blur. You may want to check them out.
