劇場版『トリリオンゲーム』公式X（旧Twitter）で、主演の目黒蓮（Snow Man）が初日舞台挨拶にて佐野勇斗（M!LK）ら出演者や村尾嘉昭監督と一緒に映った自撮り映像が公開された。 動画は目黒が自撮り棒を持って撮影。目黒・佐野・原嘉孝（timelesz）・村尾は黒を基調としたスーツ姿、今田美桜・福本莉子は白を基調としたデザイン違いのドレスで登場するなか、画角調整のため「結構みんな寄ったほうがいいかも」と目黒が指示を出す。 背景には『トリリオンゲーム』と書かれた黄色いハート型のボードを持った観客たちの姿も。「あれ、これまわってる？」とカメラを覗き込む目黒に、「まわってます！」と福本がフォロー。
